Tamara exceeded our expectations when selling our house. Her knowledge and experience far exceeded our expectation and minimize the stress in the process of selling our home. Tamara went above and beyond and all aspects of this transaction always had our best interest in mind helping us get movers, haulers, cleaners, and making us feel at ease during this stressful time she always answered her phone and was there to guide us continually. I dont think theres another realtor that could do what she did. I highly recommend Tamara. She was really amazing.

We can't say enough great things about our experience with Tamara as our real estate agent. My husband had recently lost his father, and Tamara made the process of selling his home efficient and profitable. She has years of experience, and was able to guide us through the sale step-by-step taking the stress out of the process and giving us the confidence that she had our best interests in mind. Tamara understands how to maximize the benefits of the real estate market on behalf of her clients, and we are confident that we were able to get the best price for the home. Tamara is highly professional, efficient, and is available to her clients at any time. She responds to all communication quickly, has a high ethical standard, and is personable, trustworthy and business smart. We highly recommend anyone buying or selling to work with Tamara Micciche. You will definitely be pleased with the process and the result. Steve and Adriana Tucker

From the minute we even thought about selling our home, Tamara was immediately involved. She was able to personally assist our family with questions and delivered property profile and comps in less than half an hour of our initial contact with her. Tamara is a very personal, professional, dedicated, motivated agent. She not only delivers promises but follows through on each and every one of them. She is extremely quick to respond to questions, concerns and requests. Tamara went ABOVE AND BEYOND what's expected when we sold our family home in September. We had to do this long distance, and she made the process seamless. Highly recommend her!!!! Do yourself a favor and make selling your home easy. If you're looking to buy, she's also your girl. Hire her!

Tamara recently helped us sell our home in Laguna Hills. She was awesome! She always responded to our calls or texts within minutes and communicated regularly to keep us updated. She worked hard to negotiate the best for us and we felt cared for. We have already recommended her to our friends who are looking into selling their home!

My boyfriend and I were looking to lease a home. Tamara was very responsive and always answered the phone when I called. She found us many properties and ultimately lead us to the perfect home! She went above and beyond to meet our needs and I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.
