Berkshire Hathaway Carolinas Realty

We had an excellent experience working with Melissa! From start to finish, she was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and always available to answer our questions. Melissa made what can sometimes be a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. Her communication, attention to detail, and dedication truly made a difference. We always felt that our best interests were a priority. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend Melissa to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

Melissa is an Awesome Realtor & even More Awesome Person!!! Melissa helped me purchase my home near Charlotte NC around 6 years ago and I was fortunate enough to have her sell my home for me this past week. It is a privilege for me to write this review for Melissa Zimmerman. I cannot imagine that there is a better Realtor "on the planet"! She is extremely Knowledgeable, Professional, Hard Working, & She really Cares about her Clients. Melissa has become both Friend & Family for me. Thank You Melissa! Bill Bebell, Mount Holly NC

Very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with! My wife and I worked with Melissa to both purchase our home and then sell it some years later. When it comes to knowledge of real estate and the Charlotte area there is no better realtor out there. I would recommend Melissa to anyone looking for peace of mind whether they are buying or selling a home.

Melissa went above and beyond to help us sell our home. She is an expert in all areas. Positive experience from start to finish. Melissa was always quick to respond and guided me through the entire process.

Best realtor Ive ever worked with. Professional, knowledgeable, experienced, respectful and very reliable when you need it. We just closed on a new property in Sherrills Ford, NC thank to Melissa. Recommend to everyone.
