Tammy went out of her way to research properties for us to look at. She investigated the property lines, any problems or issues the previous owners had with the house , if there was an HOA and how much. The property taxes , the schools, how close the town was and if she didnt know any question you might have, she did her best to find out. Another bonus quality about Tammy was she was available any time to answer your text or email or phone call. She even went out of her way to be at the house after closing to be there for the gas technician to turn on the gas because bee lived across country and winter whether was moving in. She also went out of her way to go to the house and measure a wall in the room down stairs for us. She and her team helped us through the process of buying our home and really made the process go smoothly. They took the hassle and stress out of a very stressful time with the house, bank, and were very knowledgeable about the whole process.
