I had some vacant space within my commercial building . And listed that space with miss Schoonmaker . Her knowledge of real estate and networking skills served the space well . Within 1 week I received many calls on potential tenants from miss Schoonmaker . I was also impressed with her ability to think out side the box , in attracting potential tenants that could use the space with some alterations . Dennis is a pleasure to work with we were 3 hours away from where we where looking and he made it as easy as possible no easy feat in todays market. My house had been on the market twice before I found Dennis. Previous realtors never understood my house--very modern; designed for me; not for everyone. They (the previous realtors) showed the house to many who could never live there. I had basically become extremely skeptical of any realtor understanding my house. Along came Dennis. Not only did he understand my unusual house but remarkably understood how to find the right buyers. Many realtors will tell you they how to market your house, but they dont; they simply do a mass market (ala gunshot) approach. Dennis marketed the house to the right demographic.
