Berkshire Hathaway

We had a complicated situation, an 1861 Victorian farm house on a 140 acre parcel where we wanted to give potential buyers the option of purchasing as much as 40 acres or as little as 5 acres. William had aerial video taken of the property, created a special website, and marketed the property in creative places. We got multiple offers and close to full asking price. The deal had many obstacles to overcome and William faithfully helped us through all of them. I highly recommend William Coats.

I was referred to William by a neighbor when mentioning we were wanting to sell. William showed up on time, prepared and knowledgeable. He kept us up to date through the whole process and made selling our home easy. Thank you

We were very happy with William as our realtor for the sale of our home. He was laid back, honest, and knowledgeable, and we felt he was looking out for our best interests. We have had a few experiences with other realtors that weren't so great, but I honestly have no complaints about working with William.

William was very helpful at finding us our first home. We look forward to using him again to find our next home! He knew actually what we were looking for and found a home very suitable for us. Great realtor would recommend him to anyone
