I searched for a shore home for approximately two years, attended multiple open houses, and spent several weekends driving-by properties that were of interest. I stumbled across an Avalon property, called Jack - the listing agent, and was impressed that he immediately answered the phone after learning that it was his day off. A few days later we walked the property then I immediately decided to submit a bid. It was obvious that Jack had a deep understanding of the property, comps, and the local area. Although Jack represented both sides of the deal, I never felt any bias, and navigated the negotiations to close. I would recommend him to anyone seeking a primary or secondary home in the Avalon vicinity. Additionally, Jacks wife Laurie was extremely helpful to me by creating a long list of 'after the sale' items, monitoring their progress, and meeting scheduled deadlines. I couldn't ask for a better experience.
