I have a listing agreement with Jack to sell my home. After 3 years on the market Jack has been unable to find a Buyer. That is fine and I will move on to another Broker when my listing expires. I have asked Jack and his Broker of Record David Rickel and Stephen Booth to remove my property from the MLS system. They have refused until I pay them for their expenses. There is nothing in my contract about paying them for marketing expenses. They are holding me hostage so they can keep trying to sell it. Jack is unprofessional and violating the law by not removing my property and following my direction. Now I have to file a formal complaint with the NJ Real Estate Commission. Very sad. Look it up. From Jack Vizzards email dated 4/2/26 "Greg, I received the signed Change of Status. As Ive outlined in my prior communications, before I process any withdrawal from the MLS, we need to resolve reimbursement for the marketing expenses and time invested in your property."

She communicated all of the information to me and always circled back on details or process requests when my memory failed me. My conversations with Jack and Laurie were always thoughtful, insightful, stress-reducing and touched with good will and humor. I cannot overstate the fact that I would work with Jack and Laurie again in a heartbeat.
