Nick Fix did a hell of a job! He was helpful thorough out the whole process, Patient looking at houses, Helped me get a better deal with US mortgage, Gave me great confidence push, Real honest honest guy, and helped me found the best home of what I been looking for. I wanna say thank you again Nick Fix and Berkshire Hathaway for sending the best realtor agent.

I had the pleasure of working with Nicholas Fix to buy our home, and I couldnt be more thrilled with the experience. This is now the 3-4th transaction we worked with him on From the beginning of the process, he impressed me with his extensive knowledge of the local market. He provided valuable insights into neighborhoods and helped me understand current market trends. Communication was seamlessaEUR" he was always available to answer my questions, and I felt supported throughout the entire process. His negotiation skills are top-notch; I was able to purchase my dream home at a fantastic price, thanks to his expertise. The best part- the house WAS NOT EVEN ON THE MARKET. He also assisted us greatly on getting the home I was selling ready to hit the market, and within 24 hours of showings, had an over asking price offer! Not only is Nick professional and trustworthy, but he genuinely cares about his clients. He has a way of making one of the largest decisions in life less stressful, and definitely will keep you laughing during the process. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home- you definitely wont be disappointed!

My wife and I had an amazing experience working with Nick and his team. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He found us a beautiful house and helped us get our house ready to sell in a short period of time. He ended up getting us an all cash offer way over ask on our house, and we were sold and done 3 weeks after listing. I will always be grateful for the effort Nick and his team put into getting everything ready for us. I would highly recommend him to anybody buying or selling a home. We had a wonderful experience working with Nick.
