Eric held our hand through the whole home buying process, including educating us on the local market and laws (we moved from out of state). Most importantly, he took the care to deeply understand our needs, let us take our time through the buying process (over 6 months!), and never made us feel hurried or pressured (we walked a LOT of properties).
