My husband and I used Matt for both our selling and buying agent and he did not disappoint! He was very helpful with figuring out what we should list our previous house for and negotiated so that we were able to get the most out of the sale of our home. He also was able to catch a few mistakes from the title company and saved us a few thousand dollars - or more-so, kept that money in our pockets. He was also great at helping us find a home. We were able to see the home we ended up purchasing even before it officially came on the market due to his relationships with other realtors. Again he was great at negotiating and we were very pleased with the closing of the purchase of our new home.If we were ever to sell/buy again - Matt and his new partner in real estate, his wife Erin, will be our first and only choice!
