Bennion Deville Homes

We were interested in buying a 2nd home in Palm Springs. Paige was very attentive and knowledgeable about all the interesting neighborhoods. She has an interesting background in business and that worked in our favor. We enjoyed spending many fun days with Paige!

Paige Brown is a real estate agent who really knows her stuff. She guided me through every step ofA selling my home in Redwood City, from staging and pricing, to a strategic marketing plan that generated multiple offers. She also helped me navigate working with a difficult relative and negotiated a top-dollar selling price that was far above asking. The entire process was unexpectedly pleasantaEUR"smooth, professional, and stress-free. If youre looking for aA realtor in the Bay Area, I highly recommend Paige. She is the ultimate realtor.

Paige was a great asset for us as we looked for an investment property. She went above and beyond my expectations for a real estate agent. She was helpful from the beginning of the process (finding properties) all the way through closing and even after. Made things organized for us and, as first time investment property buyers, was a real thought partner. I was skeptical about what vale an agent really provided before this but no longeraEUR|though I still suspect Paige is an outlier. We needed that high level of touch and hand holding and she did it all. Recommend unconditionally.

We can't say enough good things about Paige. We were on an almost nine month journey with her, looking at house after house. She was always positive, and never pressured us in the least. She went out of her way to look at homes for us, as we had a long drive to the Palm Springs area. She understood what we were looking for and stuck with us until we found "the one". When we did find a home she was our advocate and guided us through the process easily and professionally. We would highly recommend Paige to anyone looking for a home.

Paige is such a joy to work with and is very knowledgeable about buying and selling homes. She's also a tough negotiator, she got us a great price on a very competitive deal.
