We came to Jeff and Linda Brandt in a distressed time with a distressed property that had not one but two distressed loans that needed short-sale. We knew that they had the knowledge and ability to get us through a short sale because that's what they advertised. They were not just professional and efficient but reasuring, kind, and nonjudgemental. They hand their finger on the pulse of the market and priced the property so that a buyer was found in no time. They helped us through the short sale process, times two. Then they went to work negotiating with our lenders, successfully. They took such a weight off of our shoulders that we could relax, complete the transaction and get on with our lives. It is always a relief when escrow closes, especially this time. We had had sales fall through in our past, but not with Jeff and Linda Brandt.
