Darin was great to work with! As a first time homebuyer, I was very overwhelmed and honestly resistant to purchasing a home because it felt like there was so much I didnt know with making such a huge commitment. However, Darin made the entire process is very easy! He made sure to take time and educate me on everything I needed to know around the laws and the financial commitments of purchasing a home as well as what it would look like for my future. He also made sure I fully understood the process of purchasing a home and how quickly things move. He was always readily available and very easy to communicate with. He was able to secure showings very quickly with any properties that I was interested in. In a very competitive market for buyers at the time, he was able to help me identify ways to make myself stand out from other applicants, increasing my chances of securing the property. He helped me negotiate a great price for my place and additional benefits and was able to get me immediately connected with local professionals for any work I needed done within the home. He even still helps me out till this day with my rental property. I would 100% recommend working with Darin!

I personally want to thank Mr. Wyly on our home purchase and guidance throughout the entire process. Our family is excited on our new beginnings and will utilize his services for future rental properties in the near future! Thanks again for the support and guidance!
