Benchmark Realty

Kim is a great communicator. Articulate, knows her facts, speaks to the point. Her confidence and enthusiasm for what she does made the home buying process for us so much easier! She told us at the outset aEURoeWell find your house- its out there.aEUR? And we did- in only 3 months! We had a narrow budget in which to work & Kim worked tirelessly to find properties for us to consider.

Love her! She was able to sell our home in a very short time after we already had it on the market with another realtor for over a year. She was very helpful and on top of everything! Thanks Kim for helping us!
