Bellwether Real Estate

It has been a delight working with Nathan to sell our home. Always available, very knowledgeable and responsive, and very understanding of our specific situation and needs. He truly heard us and worked hard to help us with our sale. We look forward to working with him again. 5 stars all day long - thanks Nathan!!!

Nathan and his team met with us, provided a detailed plan for the sale of our home, and listened to our needs. They were hands on (as we requested) and kept us updated every step of the process. They were able to secure a strong buyer within the timeframe they outlined and made the entire sale stress free. Thank you!!

Nathan helped me to find my dream home in Mount Vernon. He was patient, knowledgeable and provided strategic guidance. I was very pleased with Nathan's realty services!

Nathan helped us find the perfect place in Bellingham. We looked through several places and his knowledge of the area, down to earth guidance, and deep skill in negotiating helped us get into a home that checked all of our boxes as well as came with a screaming deal. I cannot recommend him enough.

We had a great experience working with Nathan Butcher when purchasing our lot. He was knowledgeable, professional, and very easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. Nathan helped us during the negotiations and made sure everything moved forward smoothly. He was always available to answer our questions and explain things clearly. Were very thankful for his help and would confidently recommend Nathan to anyone looking to buy or sell.
