Bellator Real Estate

Dawn assisted me with purchasing this house almost 5 years ago. I bought it as an investment and rented it to help defray costs. When it came time to sell the home, I was faced with refurbishment costs that I was not prepared for. I began repairs and Dawn supported me through the entire tedious process. She helped me make decisions, based on her passed experiences and expertise and led me all the way through closing. Although I had had experiences buying and selling real estate in the past, I never faced a process like this one. It was emotionally draining and required an agent that could listen, empathize and guide me through it. Dawn went way beyond what I would have ever expected from a realtor. She is the consummate professional! She is wise, and worked diligently to ensure that I was comfortable and enlightened with her guidance. Shell continue to be my go-to realtor!

Dawn has represented us, both buying & selling, on several houses since 2021. Shes there every step of the way. We highly recommend her for any of your real estate needs. She goes above & beyond.

Dawn was incredible throughout our 6 months together selling my home. Her advice ended up being exactly what I needed in order to sell. She kept me calm and showed her loyalty to me as we entered in to 2 different contracts, the 2nd on sticking. I appreciated her honesty and how she treated my feelings. Selling and buying homes is a very personal thing, and Dawn considered what was best for me. She is top notch in her field. Bellator is very lucky to have her.

I had an awful experience working with John. He was unsuccessful in selling my property. Thankful it's over. The month my property was listed produced no offers and had no sense of urgency. Very disappointed.

Dawn was very prepared from the initial meeting to the sale. She had done a very thorough analysis of the market. She took care of everything. It was a pleasure to work with her.
