Mandy is a fantastic realtor. My wife and I were looking to buy a home, however I had challenged credit. The best thing about Mandy is that she is honest. She initially told me that we would not get approved, however she gave me tips on what to do to get approved. She spent a lot of time with us and helped us for no charge. Once my credit improved going back to Mandy was a no brainer. Given that she had spent so much time with us earlier in the year when there was no possibility of a sale, I knew she'd give us even better service now that there was something in it for her. She gave us great advice on selling our condo and buying our new home. We got a great price for the condo and got a home that we absolutely love. Mandy is the best and we will always recommend her to our friends and family.

We found Mandy through a web search when my wife and I decided to move home to Woodland after living in Columbus Ohio for nearly 30 years in 2014. We contacted a number of local realtors, and Mandy was the only one to respond to our request for help. In addition to being completely professional, we found her to be warm, caring and helpful during the challenging transition period.In addition to providing advice and emotional support as we worked through the long distance process of finding our new home, she guided us through the purchase process aEURoelong distanceaEUR? even accommodating our need to sign final documents from Europe, where we were traveling at the time of closing. Once we had purchased the home, some 8 months before we moved in (in June of 2015), she was able to recommend a number of excellent service providers and handymen to care for the house, and to undertake the renovations we wanted made before moving in.During this time we also sold out house in Ohio, so we have a basis for comparison.
