Bee Realty Corp

Ive been seriously considering a move to Florida, and Brenda with Bee Realty has been such a wonderful resource throughout the process. She has been incredibly helpful in providing honest, thoughtful advice about the best areas to live in and around Deltona and DeLand. What I appreciate most is that Brenda takes the time to really listen to what I'm looking for and provides helpful insight without ever making me feel pressured. Shes knowledgeable about the area, responsive, patient, and genuinely seems to care about helping me find the right fit. Even though I'm still in the research and planning stage of my move, Brenda has already made the process so much easier by giving me information I can actually use to make an informed decision. I highly recommend Brenda and Bee Realty to anyone considering a move to the DeLand/Deltona area. I'm so grateful to have her as a resource as I explore making Florida my future home!

I cant say enough good things about Brenda Ortiz and Bee Realty! Brenda has been incredibly helpful whenever Ive had questions about real estate. She is knowledgeable, patient, responsive, and genuinely takes the time to explain things and make sure you understand your options. What I appreciate most about Brenda is that she never makes you feel like youre asking a aEURoestupidaEUR? question or that youre wasting her time. Shes always willing to share her knowledge and give honest, helpful advice, and you can tell that she truly cares about helping people rather than just making a sale. Brenda is an absolute pleasure to work with, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone trustworthy and knowledgeable to help them with their real estate needs. Bee Realty is lucky to have her!

Realtor Jenn Rhodes was a pleasure to work with. She helped with all aspects of getting my moms house sold. She was actively involved at all times throughout the process and went above and beyond what I expected from her as our realtor. I highly recommend her as an agent.

Bee is amazing! She helped me sell my house within a short time. I almost thought it wasnt going to happen, but she worked hard to make it happen and I am so thankful. If you are looking for a realtor check in with Bee Realty. Thank you

I had the pleasure of working with Jenn Rhodes, when looking to purchase a home in 2025. She made herself available for every one of my (many) questions and in-person appointments. I was never made to feel like I was a bother or that she was too busy for her clients' needs. She has extensive local knowledge, as well as all of the ins-and-outs of the (sometimes confusing) realty process. Jenn made the experience so painless for me. I would highly recommend her for all of your realty needs
