Start to finish, a fantastic experience! Bee set the price, which we thought was a little high, but, apparently she knows a bit more than we do! Two cash offers within 5 days of listing. We closed at 97% of our list price. The team at Bee's Realty was on top of things the entire time. They were always available for our questions and responses were pretty much immediate. We've bought (or built) 14 homes that we lived in, not investment properties. We've used realtors and sold a few ourselves. I can honestly say that this was the smoothest selling process we've had and that is due to the level of professionalism of Bee and everyone we dealt with on her staff. Friendly, accommodating, professional...everything you'd want. We would recommend them and would definitely use them again!

What a great experience! Our house was in bad shape. Bee recommended some improvements, contracted the workers, out the house on the market and sold at asking price within 4 days! Communication was tops throughout. 100% recommend.
