Beachy Beach Real Estate

John was such a valuable resource to my husband and I as we moved several states to settle in Panama City. He helped us understand the ins and outs of the process and overall made everything so much easier and less stressful!

John always goes above and beyond to make the deal work to everyone's satisfaction. He's been my agent on the buy and sell side and he ALWAYS goes the extra mile!! HIGHLY recommend.

John's a excellent guy! When we needed a home he was there and when we needed to sell a home he was there!

I HIGHLY recommend Beachy Beach Real Estate (special shout out to Jonathan Claunch & Kristin Curole)! They were very professional, knowledgeable about the market & navigating buyers through the process, personal (which helped make it an enjoyable process), adapting to what I needed, and notably responsive both to my own concerns as well as very persistent in finding answers and solutions. If I had to sum up the service I received, I'd say I felt this team was 100% whole-heartedly invested in getting me my home!

John Claunch had a challenge with us working remotely. He is well versed in the process when it comes to buying homes for the area. During all of our hiccups with the seller, he was on top of it all making sure they were doing their part to get us in our home in a timely fashion. There were a few times during the process where he came in clutch with communications about construction, insurance policies, and the appraisal. Remotely purchasing a new home can be challenging but John was up for it and handled it like a champ.
