I buy home 2030 N 49 ave. Fl.33021 8-1-2017. Abraham Watnik was very profesional and helpful. He help us find a property in the neighborhood we wanted. After purchasing the property he is helping us with advice and support . We will highly recommended him to all our friend and family.

I found Abraham on an Advertisement on Zillow, and I truly hit the jackpot as far as realtors go! From the moment we met he was beyond helpful. Abraham always worked around my busy schedule and was extremely devoted to finding me my dream starter home. Abraham knows the Aventura condo/house market like the back of his hand which made my first time house buying experience a breeze. He fought for me to get the price I felt most comfortable with, helped me find an incredible mortgage and title company to work with through closing, and resolved any issues that came up along the process. I highly recommend Abraham to anyone who is looking to buy, rent, or sell their home.
