Do NOT give Jonathan Bennett your email address or phone number. He will spam you for YEARS. Asking politely to be removed from his lists does NOT work. You always end up back on the list somehow. Same goes with texts to your phone. Spam spam spam. We just got another one today. It's been about 10 years of asking over and over again to be removed. We went to his office in Alabama to inquire about what listings were available in the area. We only wanted to know the price ranges, and see if there might be something we were interested in, so we gave him our email address and my husband's phone number. The spam never stops. Be warned.

Am I satisfied with my Real Estate agent? Yes, he simply deserves the BEST review possible. Jonathan Bennett is absolutely wonderful to work with. Its like having a friend on the aEURoeinsideaEUR? that is working for you. He really cares about his clients as well as the community and neighborhood he lives in.

Jonathan R. Bennett helped my wife and me sell our Gulf-front duplex investment property in Gulf Shores, Alabama, and purchase our second home on Ono Island in Orange Beach. Throughout both transactions, Jonathan demonstrated extensive knowledge of the Alabama Gulf Coast real estate market, particularly Gulf-front investment properties, waterfront homes, and Ono Island real estate. His experience with property valuations, marketing, negotiations, and managing the details of both transactions made the entire process easier for us. We appreciated his professionalism, communication, attention to detail, and commitment to representing our interests. If you're looking for an experienced Realtor to buy or sell Gulf-front real estate in Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, or Ono Island, we would highly recommend Jonathan R. Bennett.

Jonathan is a professional, reliable, honest agent who provides insight into the housing market, very experienced, and just a great person. We highly recommend him. Joel and Janet Tuck

Jonathan and Michelle have been an awesome team for buying our beach condo. They provided many options for us to look at and once we figured out what we wanted, they facilitated the deal for us to get the property we really wanted. They know exactly what needs to happen and are always super-responsive. Highly recommend!
