Beach Properties Real Estate Group, LLC

We worked with Grant to find a vacant lot in the Mexico Beach and Cape San Blas area. He was very helpful in researching properties and giving us guidance on lot values and information on the area. He was very responsive with communication throughout the process. We were able to purchase a lot on Cape San Blas at a great price.

Kaye was incredible to work with when buying our beach home. She worked so hard for us, even showing us 14 houses in one day, so we could find the right fit. Shes truly committed to her clients, and her whole team was extremely professional and made the process smooth from start to finish. I highly recommend her! 100/10!!

Working with Grant was an absolute pleasure! His expert knowledge of the local market was on point and helped us make informed decisions at every stage to ensure we received the best offer on our home. He went above and beyond making the process smooth and stress-free. If you're looking for an agent that will work hard for you and who understands the local market, we highly recommend Grant!

Kaye and her team did an outstanding job beginning with the excellent photos and video they took of the property and showcasing the property to generate interest. They always responded quickly when I had a question and Kaye is very knowledgeable with current market conditions ensuring your home is priced to sell. If buying or selling a home in Port St. Joe and surrounding communities, you can go wrong enlisting Kaye and her team at Beach Properties.
