Beach Haven Realty

Patrick is a "rockstar realtor" because he sells himself. A good property will itself. Patrick has a great attitude who is very personable, honest and has confidence in his abilities. He is a great communicator, who understands the local market. He is a skilled, ethical advisor who acts as a partner, not just a salesperson. Thank you Patrick!

Patrick and Kay Pate were very genuine, honest and genuine. They stage your house and take the best pictures to let your house shine!! They are very professional and easy to work with. They were able to get our house under contract in under a month!

Patrick was an awesome agent to work with! He was very easy to get in contact with whenever he was needed, always willing to go above and beyond, and helped get us a great deal with his great negotiation skills. We really appreciated the no-pressure attitude and when we did find a home he helped stay on top of everybody making sure everybody stayed on the top of their game. If youre looking for an agent, I highly recommend Patrick Pate.

We highly recommend Patrick and give him this 5 star rating without hesitation. As out-of-state buyers, we relied heavily on Patricks expertise and willingness to go the extra mile. Since we couldnt be there for inspections, showings, and other key steps, Patrick stepped in on our behalf, always punctual and reliable. He communicates promptly and delivers results, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. Buying a home sight unseen in an unfamiliar area was challenging and stressful, but Patricks honesty and professionalism put us at ease. Were excited and cant wait to work with him again in the future!

This was the second time we worked with Patrick. He was awesome both times. He worked hard to sell our property and we had a contract within 2 weeks. Highly recommend Patrick and Beach Haven Realty!
