My wife an I started looking for rental properties an we were exploring the financial process of trying to buy our first home. During this time we found a home we both loved. So we decided to see about possibly purchasing. Over the last couple years I had been steadily trying to square away past debts an I wasnt real confident we would even get a response. Well less then 24 hrs Patrick was in contact with me. From there he scheduled a time to see the home. A over aggressive salesmen is what causes me to normally step away. Patrick explained the process at the beginning an stepped away. My wife an I had time to look, an have uninterrupted conversations. We brought our concerns to Patrick on what things we thought needed attention. This is when Patrick went to work. I sit back an hit cruise control. I never imagined it would or could be this easy an I remained skeptical. In less then 72 hours a deal had meant achieved. I sit in this home writing this review an it doesnt seem real.
