Jelena was amazing from the moment we met her. Shes outgoing, incredibly sweet, and very professional. She was never pushy, negotiated exceptionally well on our behalf, and truly went above and beyond. We couldnt have asked for a better experience and highly recommend her! Jelena will always be our first call.

I want to share my experience working with Jelena during our recent home purchase. From the very beginning, she went above and beyond to assist us, and I couldn't be more grateful. Initially, we were interested in viewing a property at the village, but I had difficulty reaching the other agent. Jelena was the first to respond immediately after I called, and she quickly coordinated with the sellers agent to arrange a viewing the very next day. Over the course of our searchaEUR"16 properties in totalaEUR"Jelena demonstrated exceptional punctuality, attention to detail, and dedication. She made every effort to show us homes within hours, sometimes even minutes, of our inquiries. Jelenas commitment to service was evident throughout the process. She consistently followed up to ensure all our needs were met and kept us well-informed every step of the way. It was truly a stroke of luckaEUR"or perhaps fateaEUR"that we came across her through the Zillow app. From the very first showing, it was clear she was the right agent for us. Her professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine care made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Working with Jelena was a pleasure, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home. She truly cares about her clients and goes the extra mile to make the home buying process as seamless as possible. Sincerely, The Serna, Billal Family

I am so proud to have worked with and been represented by Jelena in the purchase of our first family home. Jelena's intelligence is matched by her fortitude and patience. She quickly picked up on what our family's needs were in a home and tailored our tours to that. She had an understanding of what homes were aligned with our needs, and not just checking off boxes on a list. As for her patience and fortitude, she represented us well despite the ups and downs that just seem to be part of the experience. She maintained a positive energy and faced the buyer/seller push and pull with grace. Overall, I would highly recommend Jelena to family and friends, and have already done so!

I would highly recommend working with Jelena, especially as a first time home buyer. She walked me through the whole process, and was always readily available when I had any questions or concerns. She's reliable, knowledgeable, and a great negotiator. Thank you for everything Jelena!

Jelana was great esp for someone who was a first-time home buyer. Her contacts are solid. And the entire process was very smooth. Within no time, my wife & I moved into to new place!
