BCS Dream Homes LLC at Keller Williams Realty

Jason is friendly, professional and patient. My husband and I are relocating to Texas. My husband was in Texas with Jason and I was still in Massachusetts, working and selling our home. So Jason had the added task of long distance communication and working with people that are not familiar with College Station. He made himself available and answered all questions we had for him. He listened to what our needs and concerns were when buying our home. He was very knowledgeable about the area and what homes were on the market that fit our needs. We were also sent daily updates on emails of any properties that were in our budget and what we were looking for. Jason has helped my sister, mother and now my husband and I buy a home. We all highly recommend Jason. He gets the job done!

Jason took us from 'casual lookers' to property owners in 2 months. He provided invaluable insight into local properties and helped in all steps of the purchase process. Jason tailored his search to smaller tracts of land, and provided timely links to review various opportunities on a daily basis. This maximized our efficiency of narrowing down the properties that we wanted to see in person. The closing process was smooth and orderly.

It was a pleasure working with Jason. We were a hard sale in our search for the right home but Jason stuck with us and continued to search for a property that meet our needs. Jason was always available and willing to show property on short notice. He is by far the best realtor that we have ever does business with! Thank you Jason for your patience and all your hard work!

Jason is very insightful, efficient and patient. When we first started looking for homes, we lived out town and jason was accommodating and scheduled many showings at a time. Unfortunately, we decided to rent, which he help set up as well. Moving forward 8 months, we decided to purchase a home. I reached out to Jason and he immediately set up showings for us. We found our new home and the process was so smooth. Couldn?t have had a better buying experience. I?ve contacted him a couple times after the sale and he still responds quickly and is helpful! I highly recommend Jason Tumlinson.
