Jeanie has sold three houses for our family in the past three years- and each time was a better experience that the previous one! She is the consummate professional - handling sensitive situations objectively and delicately. She went above and beyond her responsibilities as a realtor - handling small house repairs, coordinating with the estate/beneficiaries, and planning multiple open houses and marketing efforts. Jeannie was fantastic to work with during our home acquisition process! She helped bridge the gap between us and the sellers and was always available to take our call regardless how late it was. She was super resourceful when it came to questions about the home and neighborhood and was diligent handling the renovations needed to make the home insurable! Five stars does not adequately reflect the fantastic experience we had in buying our dream home through Jeannie. We were on vacation and on a whim decided to look at a few homes. A friend recommended Jeannie, and what a great recommendation it turned out to be. Jeannie knows the market as she is a resident of South Florida and through her, we found a place that we couldn't pass up. Jeannie knew just the right questions to ask us, and found the place that checked all our boxes. There is a lot to consider when moving to a new state, and the Florida keys are a unique area, and Jeannie was there to answer all of our questions. She was meticulous about getting all entities together, including appraisers, home inspector, utilities, the seller, etc. Her organizational skills are second to none. She was always available to us for questions day or night, and worked tirelessly on our behalf. We couldn't have had a better experience. Jeannie started out as a stranger to us and through the process we feel like she became our friend.

We first met Jeannie nearly four years ago, when we arrived from France ready to begin our new chapter in Miami. Jeannie helped and supported us very actively in finding our very first rental, and it was the perfect fit ; we stayed almost four years in that property, which met all our criteria. Ultimately, Jeannie advised us and found the perfect home to purchase, once again meeting all our criteria.
