I recently used Tom to sell a home in the Bethany area, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. Over the past twenty five years I've used several different Realtors to buy and sell homes in the area, but Tom had recently sold another home in the same development so I wanted to get his opinion on the house I was selling. Tom is very personable, and after hearing his thoughts about the property and how he would market it I knew that I didn't need to look any further. From that first meeting through settlement everything went perfectly, and that's because Tom is very knowledgable about the area and the entire process. Communicating with Tom was A+, whether though phone, text, or email, he's very responsive. I'll only use Tom from here on out, and I don't hesitate to refer him to family and friends.

I received more than my asking price for my home and he was kind enough to negotiate and utilize some technics I never knew existed to get the property I wanted. James was a wonderful agent. Our house was on the market for one year before we met James. We discussed what he would do to help us sell the house. Everything was exactly as he said it would be. The photos were top notch, the listings were perfect and the brochure was fantastic. The house sold fairly quickly and from start to finish with James it was a wonderful experience. If I had questions, he got back to me with the answers in a timely manner. I just wish it didn't take a whole year to discover James.

We didn't know Tom Ruch when we began our search and were seeking a local Realtor; he was recommended to us through a friend in the area. Tom was a great resource and support as we looked for an Ocean City beachfront condo. Our living out of the area added a challenge, yet Tom accommodated our limited ability to come to town for showings, plus effectively brought his local knowledge and connections to the process -- a great asset! I appreciated his insights into properties we considered and his good communication with us and also as an intermediary between us and the seller. Plus, once our offer was accepted, he was so helpful in recommending high-quality local professionals needed for inspection, financing, etc. Tom was great to work with!

Tom was very thorough with explaining how he would market our condo. His communication was good and kept us informed with providing feedback from our showings. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend or use him again in the future.
