Bay Area Modern Real Estate

Cari is the best!! She is super knowledgeable, on the ball, responsive, and patient. She breaks down complex issues and makes them easy to understand. And she always had our best interests at heart--with each offer we made, she went out of her way to make sure we were in the best possible position. Thank you, Cari!

I have worked with Cari for two transactions now. One was a purchase in 2012, and the next was the sale of the same home in Fairfax just this year. Cari's representation was impeccable in both situations. She was always reachable, her knowledge and experience enabled her to give us the best advice. The sale closed last week at a price that far exceeded our hopes. Cari masterfully managed the sale from beginning to end. For the purchase in 2012, there were multiple offers, and with her guidance, we were able to be the winning bid. I wouldn't do anything real estate wise without Cari's knowing assistance.

I wish there were more than 5 stars. We feel so lucky to have found Cari! After 18 years we wanted to move out of San Francisco and knew little about San Rafael. We were thrilled when we found out Cari grew up here and knew the neighborhoods and houses inside and out. This was my 8th home purchase and I can say that Cari is the very best! She helped us land our dream home by paying attention to an off-market opportunity over the holiday break! We are pretty sure we would have never scored this place without Cari as our agent. In addition to her amazing professional skills, we built a wonderful personal relationship with her and she will be our agent as long and we are buying and selling in the bay area!!

My husband and I really enjoyed working with Cari! She was easy to communicate with, honest, knowledgeable and we always looked forward to meeting her at properties. She was on top of sending new listings and even showed us a few off market properties that we would have never been able to access otherwise. Cari negotiated on our behalf to get us a home that we are not only happy with now, but has plenty of room for us to grow into for the future.

Cari Generalli is the agent we would strongly recommend to all our friends and family when they are looking to purchase their first home. Thanks to her our first home-buying experience surpassed expectations in almost every way. She quickly grasped what we were looking for. She patiently walked us through our many questions as first-timers, and was quick to respond whenever we sent an email or text message. Her knowledge of the local market and strong connections with the other real estate agents in marin county was invaluable to stay ahead in such a competitive market. We cannot thank her enough and tell all our friends about her. Cari is the best!
