Barry Brown was everything we hoped for in a buyer's agent and so much more! He was generous with his time and got to know us and understand what we were looking for in a home. He did extensive research on every home we were interested in, and was a tireless advocate on our behalf. He is knowledgeable, conscientious, ethical, and very kind. There were some bumps in the road to our purchase, and I don't believe we would have made it to closing without Barry's expertise. Even though he wasn't earning the biggest commision on our modest purchase, he made us feel important, and showed the utmost care for our outcome. We feel blessed to have found him!

Barry was always prompt, responsive, professional and positive. He went above and beyond constantly: watering plants, cleaning up details I had overlooked, checking on the mail, helping close of utilities, etc. He even calmed my fears about the process on MANY occasions.
