Barrios and Associates Realty

We hired Marcus to sell our house. He gave us a selling price that we had initially thought was too high but he said he could do it...and he did. We were very impressed with how well he explained everything to us before, during, and after the sale. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell their house.

I have used Marcus on multiple real estate transactions. I will not use any other broker/ agents. Marcus responded to the property I was listing the same day and conducted a thorough walk thru. He explained a few current market patterns and recommended a strategy that I was in full agreement with. From the signing day of the contract, it was less than a week that we had a full listing price offer. After accepting the offer, The process was seamless and the deal closed in 45 days. I highly recommend using Marcus for any real estate needs. I usually dont vouch for anyone but I can say with 100% certainty that calling Marcus will be the best decision you make whether buying or selling a property.David I.

Marcus helped me to purchase a great home at a great price. He handled all the negotiations in a professional manner and was great at explaining everything in a way that made sense to me. He helped find and schedule the inspections and coordinated with all the attorneys and title companies. We always felt safe and reassured that everything was going to be fine. I plan on using him again if I ever need a realtor again.

When I was looking for a realtor to hire to sell my home Marcus was referred to me by a family friend who has used his services several times in the past. I was not disappointed at all. Marcus was very professional. He answered all of my questions and made several great suggestions that allowed me to sell my home on my terms. Even though the market has slowed down, he was able to get us several offers very fast and we sold at our asking price. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to work with a great realtor who knows how to sell real estate..

I've been buying and selling properties for more than 18 years. Have dealt with a lot of realtors and no doubt Marcus is the best . A real pleasure dealing with him.
