We did not have a good experience working with Tim to sell our house. The biggest problem was that he just wasn't honest. In addition, he recommended tradespeople to do work that were not competent. He swore he didn't get a cut from them but it was hard to imagine that he was paying a teenage painter $150.00 an hour, and he was insistent that the payment be made to him. I have never done this before but I sent a complaint to the Birmingham Board of Realtors.

Tim is the best, he was so professional and always had our best interest at heart. You dont get that most of the time when handling business. I would recommend him 1000 times. He was able to find us a home that was perfect for our family and made it happen. Thanks so much Tim for everything you have done for our family.
