My wife and I began looking for property at Emerald Isle with another Realtor. That experience wasn't what we had hoped for so we started doing our own research on Zillow. My wife happened to inquire on a property that had Shannon's name attached to it and boy was that the best decision we made. Shannon was immediate in her responses to us. She would answer any questions we had as fast as we asked them. We had scheduled a few visits with Shannon to Emerald Isle with properties that we were interested in. She was extremely patient and worked with us to make sure we got the right fit and right area of the island. Once we had picked a property I wanted to look at other properties at the complex to make sure that the one we wanted to buy was the aEURoeOneaEUR?. Shannon was very patient and understanding even though we had looked at another at the same complex. When it came time to put in an offer the process was very quick and easy. We gave her a price point and she worked with that to get the best price with the seller. My wife and I hadn't planned on making a purchase as quick as we did but after meeting Shannon and working with her, the process went much smoother than I had experienced with other purchases in the past. For those of you looking for a top notch Realtor who cares about you, the customer, I would recommend Shannon. I will recommend her to all my friends looking for property in the surrounding areas. My wife and I will once again seek out Shannon when we make our next purchase in the future. You wont be disappointed in being represented by Shannon.
