Bardier & Ramirez Real Estate

Jill did an amazing job helping us buy and sell a house. Always able to answer questions promptly. Would definitely use and recommend the Bardier Ramirez team again for any future real estate needs.

I worked with Jill when selling our home and it was a great experience. She was quick and efficient when placing our home for sale and helping us by sharing our listing on their social media page which helped us gain a lot of attention and showings in our local community. Our house was sold in less than 24 hours!

I had a great experience working with Jill Ramirez from Bardier Ramirez Real Estate. She was professional, responsive, and truly cared about helping me through every step of the process. Communication was clear, and made everything feel smooth and stress-free. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

We had an amazing experience working with Bardier Ramirez Real Estate while finding our current home! From start to finish, they were incredibly responsive, kind, and detail-oriented. They took the time to walk my wife and me through every step of the home buying process, making sure we felt informed and confident along the way. What really stood out was their patienceaEUR"whether it was during the search, negotiations, or walkthroughs, they never rushed us and always made sure we were comfortable with our decisions. We truly felt supported throughout the entire journey and would absolutely trust them again for any future home buying needs. Highly recommend!

My experience was decent. I would recommend finding your own people to do inspections for all except the sewer. I was told everything was good yet i had to replace all plumbing and electrical after being told it was up to par by the inspectors they use. The sewer guy was the only honest one.
