Greg provided experience and knowledge throughout our process. He was easy to work with and managed our out of state situation easily. We would recommend him to anyone. He went above and beyond what we required.

Greg Barber is a true professional! He knows the real estate market inside and out, but also genuinely cares about his clients! He brings a perfect blend of expertise, strategy and warmth to the entire process. Our house sold so quickly and it was all thanks to Greg and his team! I could not have asked for a better realtor! I would highly recommend Greg Barber! He is the best in the business!!

Greg gave a very personal approach to selling my home and getting me the best deal! His excellent communication and knowledge made the transaction seamless. Also, he has a great handyman!

Greg was an outstanding agent for our first home purchase. We were moving to Wilmington from out of state, and he was able to provide expert knowledge about the Wilmington area. He helped us find a home we love, guided us through negotiations, and got us to the closing table with confidence! Throughout the entire process, he was so communicative and kind. We would absolutely work with him again if we ever need to buy or sell a home.
