Banks Residential

Lee was so helpful and was willing to drive anywhere with me. He provided industry knowledge about the home buying process. Any ideas I had were meant with realistic goals. He also made sure to point out if a house was the right fit for me or my family.

I never write reviews because I expect a certain level of service, but I have to say that Lee was amazing. He went over and above helping me through the process of buying my home. He was quick to respond to any questions I had(and I had a lot), helped me find the necessary information and more. I highly recommend him if you need someone to really be there throughout the process.

Our experience with Lee was very pleasant from the start, he was extremely knowledgeable, non pressuring about buying homes, explained the pros and cons equally and helped us understand the best value for our offers too. He was very helpful throughout the offer and closing process as well and we didnt have a lot of confusions or problems throughout the way. Definitely recommend him for a pleasant, easy going and positive home buying experience.

Lee is very knowledgeable about the Raleigh area. He provided services over and beyond the purchase of the home and helped in facilitating repairs and maintenance to the house. He is always willing to help and is very open and honest and he is very prompt in his responses. We thank Lee for his awesome services.

Chris has been an absolute pleasure to work with. He would always try to squeeze us in, even when he was booked up. He would respond to my every whim. I was constantly emailing and texting him. He is very knowledgeable and helped us navigate this crazy house market and even got our new home under asking its price! Has a great personality and was a blast to look at houses with!
