Baird & Warner

Marla not only found us our dream home but also helped us sell our home at a very challenging time (winter, pandemic, etc.). And she was a total pro, no matter what came up during the purchase or sale knew exactly how to manage the situation. Marla is great and I absolutely recommend her whether you are buying/selling or both.

Marla was very quick to understand what I needed in a new home which eliminated the need to see many places. She was thoughtful and thorough in all our interactions. I highly recommend her as a real estate agent.

We can't say enough good things about Marla. She is fun, professional, flexible, and knows the Norths Shore area well. We were pretty nervous new home buyers and she calmly navigated us through the purchase of our forever home. Thank you Marla.

Marla is incredibly organized and very responsive. She will take the time necessary to help you find the perfect home and has done some very unique negotiating on our behalf for both buying and selling. I absolutely recommend her and have enjoyed working with her over the years!

We recently purchased a home with the help of Marla Marcus. She was with us every step of the way! She was very competent and found us our dream home at the price we wanted before it hit the market. She was very competent and we would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a real Professional.Allen Heiman
