Baird & Warner

Simply put, Lauren is the best! She is fast, efficient, extremely thorough and literally knows everyone in the Chicago real estate scene. From the moment we sent Lauren the first email, she treated us as if we were her only client and carefully put together a sale strategy for our Gold Coast condo. From quickly arranging some construction fix-up repairs to help with moving, and staging and professional photos, Lauren did it all and did it in a matter of f a few weeks time! And even all the details, such as turning off cable and wifi and electricity she had us covered. We are so lucky to have chosen Lauren. This was the best experience we could have hoped for!

Lauren is amazing! She knows the city so well, and was so communicative throughout the process from start to finish. Would highly recommend for your buy or sell process.

Lauren is amazing! She is a joy to work with and a wealth of knowledge. She made everything effortless and with the sweetest confidence made the experience personalized and professional. I was carrying a heavy load in my life and she just lifted the burden off my bucket list. I can without a doubt recommend Lauren to anyone selecting a realtor. She is a gem and exceeds the expectations of the role of a realtor. She is a rock star!

Lauren is absolutely amazing! She sold my Chicago condo in just 5 days and created a bidding war! She is incredibly efficient, knowledgeable, helpful, communicative, and so well connected. Her connections and expertise made all the difference. I felt completely confident knowing she was handling everything, and she made what could have been a stressful process feel easy. I couldnt recommend her more highly!

Lauren was great! We had our house with another realtor for several months with no luck. We had Lauren come over to take a look and she suggested making a couple minor changes and then putting it on the market. She sold it in 2 days for the same price. She is also incredibly knowledgeable about the process and the market so there are little to no delays throughout the process.
