Baird & Warner

I cannot say enough positive things about Cathy Yanda. Aside from having a pleasant and sweet demeanour, Cathy really knows the Real Estate Market. She gave me autonomy in my decision making while at the same time advising, when asked, and explaining the current market. I was selling my house from another state and she gave great recommendation for getting the property ready and the whole process along the way. I closed today, hurray for me and a big Thank You to Cathy and her assistant Jessica.

Cathy is amazing to work with. She helped me purchase my condo and years later when I needed to sell she was there for me again. Cathy is knowledgeable and more importantly caring. She supported me in every way throughout the process and I would recommend her to anyone in the Chicagoland area.

Cathy helped my family see a variety of homes in Oak Park and River Forest. After we purchased our house, she was very helpful in us finding out about an adjoining lots sale. When we started to look for a larger house, we chose to go with Cathy.

We cannot say enough positive things about our experience with Cathy Yanda as our listing agent Her knowledge and professionalism along with her warm and calm demeanor are the perfect combination to guide you through the stressful period of putting your home up for sale She explained every step of the process and did whatever it took to make each step easy for us Shes a five star realtor and with her marketing skills its no surprise our open houses were well attended and the house sold quickly Cathy Yanda gets our highest recommendation

I'm not sure we would have purchased a home in Oak Park without Cathy's guidance and assistance. She was an invaluable ally throughout every step of the process, making sure we saw a wide variety of homes and fully understood the costs and benefits of each. As first-time home buyers, we didn't know what all we needed to know or what all we needed to do -- but Cathy did. I would recommend her to anyone and will definitely be working with her again should we ever need to sell our home in Oak Park and/or buy another.
