We were not very knowledgeable about the entire process and he was very helpful in explaining clearly all the steps and giving us good information on the market. Some of the things we appreciated the most with him were 1) Not only he knows about the Chicago land market but he's also very knowledgeable in construction (due to his background in that field) so he would always point out things during our visits that my spouse and I had no idea about 2) We never felt pressured to buy anything. He was really understanding of our needs and not a pushy agent. We truly felt that he had our best interest in mind vs just "closing the deal" 3) He was really approachable and easy to work with
