Michelle was great to work with. She helped us get our house sold in short amount of time and got us into our new house at an excellent price. She was always just a text or call away and would do anything that we asked of her. She made our stressful situation very easy. We could not have asked for a better experience.

We were placed with Nick randomly from a house we found on Zillow. He was very patient & listened to our concerns/needs/wants. We continued to house hunt with him & naturally decided to stick with him. He was never pushy or forceful for us to commit to anything we weren't ready to do. We eventually found our dream home with Nick, then listed our own home for sale with him within 36 hours. Strong negotiating & communication skills helped sell our home and land us our forever home! I had the misfortune of interacting with Kyle as the seller's agent of the home I purchased recently. Kyle is also the owner of Badger Realty and the title company used in the transaction, Capital Title. I was supposed to close on my home on 2/20 of this year. "Surprise" liens the seller had on the property popped up days before closing and I didn't get to actually close until 5/1. Along the way, Kyle dodged requests for information and treated me very coldly. I've filed a complaint with the state (DSPS) related to the poor handling of the actual real estate matter, so here I'd like to just make sure that others know the emotional impact of what working with Kyle is like. Kyle knew that this purchase was emotionally significant for me; this home purchase represented a finish line of security after several years of life events turning things upside down on me. Even so, he met me with absolutely no empathy, left me hanging without answers and ignored requests for details, and generally couldn't have cared less that his lack of professionalism had put me in this entirely avoidable situation. My buyer's agent also repeatedly reached out to him, begging for information or an ounce of empathy at the very least. I also don't know what's happening in the office over at Capital Title that they somehow missed all of the liens until the week of closing. As a fun bonus, they also messed up the transfer of the water utility into my name and my first two month's payments have late fees now. I've finally closed on my home and I'm looking forward to putting Kyle, Badger Realty, and Capital Title in the past. I'd recommend you avoid the headache and heartache to begin with.

Nick was absolutely fabulous! He helped us get a great deal on a new home and helped us sell our condo for 8k above asking. He earned our trust right away by being honest about what to avoid in certain homes. He was never pushy but always positive, genuine, knowledgeable and responsive.
