Badger Peabody & Smith Realty

We sold our fathers home after he passed away. We all live in New Jersey and Tara made it very easy for us to get all the inquired inspections and open houses/home showings without our even being there. Her help was greatly appreciated, and she was very responsive and efficient. The home sold within two weeks at over asking price. We were very pleased and definitely recommend Badger Realty. Five stars!

Tara Peirce was a pleasure to work with. Very knowledgeable and thorough on all accounts, she was also friendly and professional. I would highly recommend her to represent you as a realtor!

Tara has been so amazing helping our family! She was available and attentive to our families needs. She is an excellent communicator and we felt heard through the process. Tara also helped us stage our house. She has a wonderful attention to detail! We would highly recommend Tara, you won?t regret it!
