Bach Real Estate

Working with Jennifer was honestly such a wonderful experience. She took the lead on the entire selling process, from having the house professionally staged to having contractors come and finish the repairs that the buyer requested. The house was priced effectively and moved quick on the market. As a seller, it was the best possible experience I could have asked for and I highly recommend anyone looking to sell a house properly to work with Jennifer.

Having Jennifer in my wife and Is corner was such a blessing. We sold our home and bought our new home with her help. Jennifer is extremely detail oriented, and compassionate. Jennifers years of experience and expertise truly showed during our process. Everything she advised and told us to do turned out to be the absolute right call. This was such an amazing experience and my wife and I couldn't have asked for a better realtor. Working with Jennifer felt like working with a close family member. The comfort and trust that we felt with her was unmatched. Words alone cannot express just how easy and graceful this process has been for us because of Jennifer.

It had been years since wed made a real estate move, so working with Jennifer was such a relief. She knew all the latest rules and policies, stayed organized, and walked us through every detail. We especially appreciated her use of digital contract reviews and e-signatures, which made everything so much easier. Her closing timeline kept us focused and confident from start to finish.

Jennifer provided my wife and I with a comprehensive, patient, and convenient home buying experience that made us feel comfortable and well cared for. She will be an easy recommendation for anyone interested in buying a home in downtown Frederick or surrounding areas!

Jennifer was the agent for the seller when we bought our farm. We liked her so much that we acquired her to sell our home. Jennifer is very thorough and helpful in getting your home ready for the market. She coordinated the services we needed to have done and made it all a smooth transition. She knows when to have an open house and had everything prepared for it. Jennifer is very professional yet down to earth. We are very happy she was our agent and highly recommend her.
