The whole process was great . Worked out any questions. Was in constant contact. Kept up to date on every step of the way. Knew every process in advance and headed of any foreseeable problems. Solved any little problems that popped up. Again it was all done on a timely basis. Could not have asked for a better transition to our new home.

Richard and Astrid are wonderful. They are very professional and personable. I met Richard approximately a year before finally listing the house. Richard kept in touch, just checking in that entire year. The market was tough and I ran out of patience. Richard and Astrid held four open houses on two consecutive weekends and sold the house! Richard found the house I'm in the process of purchasing. I highly recommend them. They make you feel like family!

Richard was spectacular. He was referred to us when were interested in selling our home. He immediately recommended a couple small updates and had contractors ready to go (who were also spectacular). He found us buyers who were the perfect fit and worked with us on our unique timeline. Despite how odd our situation was, Richard went above and beyond to guide us through it and negotiate a deal that worked well for us. We can't say enough good things about his work.

Insanely good at his job and more! We bought a new construction home with Pulte, and he was amazing throughout the entire process. He was always there when we had questions, helped us navigate the new-build process, and made sure we understood what was going on along the way. The biggest example of the kind of realtor and person he is was our closing day. What was supposed to be about a 15-minute closing turned into almost FOUR HOURS because of issues on Pultes end. He stayed there with us the entire time until everything was finally worked out and we were able to close. He easily could have left, but he didnt, and that honestly says a lot about how much he cares about the people he works with. On top of being insanely good at his job, hes one of the friendliest people youll ever meet. Really smart in his career and life, very funny, and overall just a genuinely nice person, which is rare to find these days. We couldnt have asked for a better person to have with us while buying our first new build and would 100% recommend him!
