Ryan did an outstanding job. He helped us and guided us through every step of the home buying process. He assisted us in negotiations and took time to show us homes.

Ryan was very upfront and quick to respond, even on weekends. He explained the process and worked hard to get us what we needed. He was very willing to show house and give us advice on neighborhoods since we were moving in from out of town.

Ryan did an excellent job walking us through our first home purchase. He was always immediately available for questions and a pleasure to work with. If he didnt immediately have an answer to a question, he would quickly dig into the details, even on closing day.

At first I was unsure how I would feel about working with a realtor, But Ryan Molenda profesionales was way beyond what I expected, The time we spent with Ryan was for a lack of better words Just awesome, I would recommend him to anyone who whats a down to earth person, who cares, and knows how to get the job done right, Thanks again Ryan, I would most in deed use you again.
