I left a return email. Claudia did an excellent job. She worked hard to get the listing and marketed our property as the unique property it was. We would highly recommend Claudia. Kio and Mary McNinch

Richard has sold three houses for us in the past and one recently. We highly recommend him and his staff as everything has always gone smoothly at closing and he has been there with us every step of the way.

Excellent! Very difficult house to sell she was extremely patient kind and flexible . Cannot recommend more highly a great lady and a great Realtor

Richard made the lake house buying experience quick and easy. He did a lot of pre-work to help us find the right home with perfect water depth and dock/lakefront. His local expertise in property, neighborhoods and the buying/closing process made the experience quick and easy. Would definitely recommend Richard to friends, and would use again.

Richard Avery contacted me from a Zillow request. No knowledge of the property I was inquiring about, and never called me back as promised. I ended up buying the property 3 months later through another agent.
