A family member told me about an apt Kathy had for rent. I made an appointment to go see it the following morning. I called her an hour prior to our appointment and she didnt answer so i left a voicemail. She then called me back a little confused but confirmed the appointment. Once we arrived to the place I called her and once again she did not answer. A few mins later she came out of one of the apartments and called out my name from afar. We then approached her and she did not seem like she spoke well English so it was a bit hard to understand but we understood she had somebody else coming. Moments later another realtor came in and without any acknowledgment or salute she opened the door to the apartment. We went in and saw the apartment ourselves without any direction or explanation from either of them. They stayed in the living room area talking amongst themselves while we awkwardly toured the apartment. They did not bother to show us or even asked us any questions and once i started asking them myself they both had very cold, indifferent and unprofessional attitudes. We felt unwelcomed and discriminated against. We are two young hispanic parents in our mid 20s who are very well qualified to rent this apartment (even though they were asking for over $6000 to move in) and were more than willing to rent it but because of their bad customer service and poor attitude we decided to skip. I would definitely not recommend this person to anyone.
