I would HIGHLY recommend Amber for anyone who's looking to buy a home in Bend.My wife and I just moved to Bend about 6 months ago and we already knew this was a place we wanted to make our home. We were first time home buyers and really had no idea of what to expect or even where to start. But Amber patiently guided us through the entire process and helped us find and negotiate our perfect home. Here's what really impressed me with Amber.- Great communication, she was always available and easy to get a hold of even after hours and on weekends.- Very knowledgeable and always had useful feedback and comments for any questions we had about the houses we were looking at or the whole process in general.- Always prepared and had spec sheets printed out for all the houses we were going to see during our visits.- When we finally found the house that we wanted she hustled and worked hard negotiating on our behalf.- Even after our offer was accepted she was still checking in on us and helping us with the transition. She even went as far as researching all the utility companies that we would need at our new house.I'm thankful we had Amber by our side the whole time.
