Avenir Realty

Laura Blossey is an extraordinary professional, effortlessly combining outstanding sales and people skills to help her client's realize their goals. We met Laura as the seller's representative of a fantastic property. Over the course of our evaluation of that particular deal, she adroitly assessed our needs while doing a magnificent job of representing her client's interests. We were so impressed, we decided to bring her on as our trusted advisor to facilitate the complex transaction we were considering.Over the course of a couple of months, Laura helped us evaluate several opportunities, which culminated in a two property deal (selling and buying within a tight time window). On the sell side, she leveraged her extensive network to find a lovely buyer for our existing home, and on the buy side confidently guided us through an anxious process to a successful close. We've worked with a number of talented agents over the decades--across the country and around the globe--and can confidently state Laura is the finest professional we have worked with. Of course we recommend her without reservation! You simply can't do better than to have her on your side!

We decided to work with Laura based on positive feedback from friends who also purchased with her assistance in the last year. What a great referral it turned out out to be! Lauras knowledge of Bend and the neighborhoods around town is impressive. We really appreciated her approach to starting our home search to help us refine our wants and needs. Once we started in person home tours she was honest about her impression of homes including the quality of build and value of the finishes. She was patient, heard our feedback, and had great suggestions for homework we could do on our own to help in the entire process. She was aggressive enough to get us under contract in a very competitive market, which is no small undertaking. When it came down to a tight closing timeline, she lit a fire under the lender when it needed to happen. Post close she continued to ensure we were set logistically for move in. We loved working with her and will recommend her in the future.

Laura was amazing in helping us navigate the market to find exactly what we were looking for. Laura made sure we were on the same page with our needs and was a great partner when there were decisions to be made. For a first time home buyer, I highly recommened Laura!!

Laura was an expert with the successful listing and speedy sale of my home in Bend taking charge of unexpected issues with my property and following through to a satisfactory conclusion and positive relationship with both myself and the buyer.

Laura is a very personable and professional lady who really knows her profession. I had a sheet of questions to ask her when we first met with her, and I didn't even have to ask-- she was way ahead of me. Everything went as smoothly as it could have, and I highly recommend Laura Blossey for your real estate needs.
