Ausdanbrook Properties inc

Connie D. Watson did an awesome job listing and assisting with the sale of my family's property. She was able to provide a detailed explanation of what to expect. She has extensive knowledge with real estate. As a result, she was able to provide great insight. She came in and completed a walk-through with me, and pointed out things I would not have considered otherwise. Throughout the process she kept me informed on the progress and provided great feedback based on the local market. She explained things in a way I could understand which helped me feel comfortable throughout the process. She made herself available to answer a question or just give me a quick status on the sale.I definitely plan to use her for any future real estate needs, and I highly recommend her to anyone who needs a real estate professional.

We loved working with Connie of AusDan Brook Properties, and had the best experience in finding our new home! She was knowledgeable, hard working, and approachable. Also, she was excellent in giving advice about the housing market. Most importantly, Connie was always available and we felt that she truly had our best interests at heart. We are quite pleased with our services from AusDan Brook Properties, and we highly recommend Connie for your real estate needs.

Connie is responsive and knowledgeable. She helped me negotiate a fair price for the rental house I purchased. I trust Connie to help me buy or sell real estate!
