My family and I found the house we wanted to purchase and Shalitia helped us make our purchase a reality through the curvy, windy road of purchasing real estate amid a pandemic. She was amazing! Always super responsive, pleasant and on point. She was an absolute joy to work with! Her many years of experience and knowledge of the real estate business were invaluable and assisted us through more than a few twists and turns. My family and I highly recommend her and if we ever find ourselves purchasing additional real estate, we will engage her again. Shalitia is now "Our Realtor for Life"! Oh and I just remembered that this was the second time we've used Shalitia's services. My sister and I previously engaged her to sell a house we owned. After it sat on the market for months, Shalitia sold the house within a month after we hired her. Need I say anymore. :-) If you're looking for a realtor to help you purchase or sell your home or property, call Shalitia now!

She is very knowledgeable/Professional Friendly Concern about your needs Follow up quick I totally enjoyed going through this process with her... I learned so much about homes from her. I also learned the process of buying a home from her. She was there for me whenever I needed additional information.

My house was listed and sold in 6 weeks. Agent Smith was very professional. She was detailed making everything clear about what I was getting into and what to expect. Agent Smith's, professionalism, knowledge, and and skill were impeccable. Which in turn made me very comfortable that my house would sell. I would recommend Agent Smith, with her experience, and personality. She is what every home seller and buyer needs to complete the deal. When you have Agent Smith, there is no need to look anywhere else. Agent Smith is the whole package. Sincerely Dr. Ronald Allen
